We fight to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.
We consider anyone affected by cancer—patients, caregivers and loved ones—a survivor at the moment of diagnosis and through every stage of the cancer journey. We’re letting survivors know they’re not alone. There are 28 million people living with cancer around the world, and we’re standing with them in the fight against cancer. We’re helping survivors find their voice and take control of their fight.

Cancer accounts for nearly eight million deaths worldwide each year, killing more people than HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria combined. LIVESTRONG is calling on world leaders to make cancer a global priority. We believe all cancer survivors have the right to receive the treatment, services and support they need.

Breast Cancer Welfare Association develops innovative projects to influence the change of attitude of the local communities towards individuals with cancer and those with breast cancer in particular. With one project, we created different special interest groups amongst cancer survivors to showcase that cancer is not a death sentence.
I am James Auste, a brain cancer survivor, and founder of the Cancer Warriors Foundation. For the past 9 years we have been conceptualizing and initiating innovative cancer consciuosness and fund raising projects to sustain the medical needs of kids with cancer in the Philipppines. CWF commits to lead the FIGHT against cancer in the Philippines. Right now, we are focused on childhood cancer. But, after we have achieved the breakthrough--entry of cheaper childhood cancer meds into [our country] we will help other cancer orgs focused on adult cancers.
