Packet Pick Up

Registration and Packet Pick-up will be available at the North Circle Driveway at the Palmer Events Center in Austin, TX. The LIVESTRONG Village and Packet Pick-Up hours are Friday, October 19 from 12pm-7pm & Saturday, October 20 from 9am-1pm. There will also be a brief Packet Pick-Up on Sunday morning, October 21 from 6:30am – 7am. The 7am deadline will be strictly enforced and rider tracking will NOT be provided for anyone who arrives after this time.

All riders are encouraged to claim their packets on Friday & Saturday during the open hours.

You may have someone collect your packet for you so long as you understand that once we give your packet to that person we are no longer responsible for the contents therein. Were something to be lost, particularly the bib number, there is a chance we may not be able to reassign you a bib number or replace the lost item. Please provide the person coming to claim your packet with your t-shirt size.

If you have additional check or cash donations that you would like to count towards your fundraising total, please bring them with you to Packet Pickup during open hours. We will process them at our Donation Station.

This year, our rider bibs will be equipped with rider tracking to accommodate spectators and support by friends and family of riders. Riders who pick-up their bib after the 7am deadline on Sunday morning will not be provided this service.

*NOTE: The tracking app is meant to provide spectators an estimated time that a rider will reach a certain point on course. It is not intended to track ride time and we will not retain or post overall ride times.

Team Packet Pick Up
This service will also be available for registered teams of 10 or more members; The Team PPU will be located next to the main registration area. Only one team member is required to pick up for the team and we suggest that the team captain be this person. That individual will need to verify who they are picking up for and will also need each team members t-shirt size.

The turnaround on Team Packet Pick-up can vary depending on team size. Our staff will take your cell phone number so you can visit our Village, then fill the order and pack into boxes all team members packets and incentives. This will include individual rider bibs and tracking chips.
