Partnered Events
Thank you to everyone who made 2011 such a successful year for Partnered Events—participants, donors, sponsors and volunteers, together we raised over $4.2 million toward the fight against cancer. By coming together we have both raised awareness and provided essential support to people affected by cancer. We hope you will join us for an event in 2012.
The first Swing Fore! Yellow Charity Golf Classic took place in Plano, TX in 2009, and was put on by long time LIVESTRONG supporters, Steve and Lee Nagel. In 2010, these events raised over $385,000 and in 2011 Swing 4 Yellow Plano alone raised over $225,000—all benefiting LIVESTRONG. Our next tournament will be held on a phenomenal course in beautiful San Diego, California on Monday, March 26, 2012. Following San Diego, Swing 4 Yellow will return to Plano, Texas, on September 24, 2012.

The 2nd Annual Ski 4 Yellow event on March 31, 2012, is a chance to ski or ride with a US Olympian/World Cup athlete in the fight against cancer. Skiers & Snowboarders will enjoy some of the best terrain in North America at the Steamboat Ski Area, while supporting LIVESTRONG's global mission. Teams of skiers and boarders will be teamed up with Olympians and Top Tier Athletes with connections to the Yampa Valley. Teams will be asked to complete challenges all over the Steamboat Ski Area. Challenges include riding every chairlift, carpet and pony lift at Steamboat, taking the scenic trails, racing Olympians in NASTAR and taking on the half pipe, just to name few. Learn More
The first-ever Dress 4 Yellow fashion show and luncheon is set for April 5 at the Adolphus Hotel in downtown Dallas. Benefiting LIVESTRONG, this high-profile show will include original pieces by Isaac Mizrahi, Donna Karan, Ralph Lauren, Abi Ferrin, Cole Haan, Christian Siriano and more. The event will also include a "Yellow Brick Road" silent auction featuring yellow accessories donated by Hollywood royalty and local celebrities and raffle prizes from TOMS shoes, Neiman Marcus, Tory Burch and Bobbi Brown. On May 6, 2012, more than 30,000 cyclists will experience New York City from a perspective unlike any other: pedaling down 42 miles of car-free streets through all five boroughs. Please join us for the annual TD 5 Boro Bike Tour. This year you can participate through LIVESTRONG with a Charity/VIP Entry or a 5 Boro Lottery Entry.

The 2012 Survivor Summit will take place June 23–July 6,2012. Expedition participants will set out to summit Mt. Kilimanjaro, the world’s tallest freestanding mountain. Participants are required to raise at least $10,000 by June 15 to participate. You can also take part by participating virtually and choosing your own personal summit or honoring a loved one on the expedition Honor Flag. Learn More
24 Hours of Booty is the Official 24-Hour Cycling Event of LIVESTRONG. The event brings together cyclists of all abilities and unites people who are passionate about fighting cancer. Held on a traffic-free loop, 24 Hours of Booty raises vital funds for local and national cancer charities. Since its inception in 2002, more than $7 million has been raised.
