Ride for the Roses Weekend

Ride for the Roses Weekend is a long-standing LIVESTRONG tradition that celebrates and thanks our most dedicated fundraisers. Held in conjunction with the Team LIVESTRONG Challenge Austin, the weekend offers supporters the opportunity to meet each other, LIVESTRONG staff and board members at unique, invitation-only events. All events and incentives are subject to change.

*Ride for the Roses air travel and hotel must be booked through Hotels for Hope in order to receive benefits. Airfare will be provided to participants traveling from the continental United States. Individuals traveling from Hawaii, Alaska or outside of the continental United States are eligible for a $400 credit towards the price of their ticket. The participant is responsible for air travel cost above the $400 issued credit.
**This incentive recognizes and celebrates the participants who have made a consistent and dedicated commitment to the foundation by returning to Ride for the Roses year after year.

• Ride for the Roses Qualification Deadline
  • Friday, September 27th by 5 p.m. CST
• Ride for the Roses Top Fundraiser Award Deadline
  • Awards include: overall top Challenge fundraiser, top ride/run/tri fundraiser, top grassroots fundraiser and top partnered event fundraiser
  • Deadline: Monday, October 14th at 12 p.m. CST
    Winners will be notified via email by 5 p.m. CST on the day of the deadline
  • Awards will be given at the Friday Night Ride for the Roses Dinner
