Office Volunteers

LIVESTRONG relies heavily on volunteers who are committed to our mission. While our offices are located in Austin, Texas, there are many ways to get involved no matter where you live. You can become a grassroots advocate, fundraiser, participate in our LIVESTRONG Challenge event series or volunteer at a Challenge event.

Here are a few other ways that you can get involved:

Intern

LIVESTRONG offers non-paid internships to students interested in gaining experience in a nonprofit setting. Interns work directly with a LIVESTRONG employee in various areas in the organization. Learn more about LIVESTRONG Internships.

Office Volunteer

If you live in or near Austin, Texas, you can volunteer at the LIVESTRONG headquarters by assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. Office volunteers help keep our administrative costs down and help ensure that our resources can be dedicated to helping people affected by cancer.

Evening and Weekend Volunteer

If you are in the Austin area but cannot work during regular business hours, you may be added to our list of evening and weekend volunteers. These volunteers are contacted via email when an opportunity arises.
