LIVESTRONG Summit Round-Up

Welcome to the LIVESTRONG Summit Round-Up. Here you’ll find daily updates, video and audio from the Lance Armstrong Foundation’s (LAF) inaugural LIVESTRONG Summit — a three-day seminar to organize, inspire and direct the efforts of cancer survivors from across the country to change the face of cancer survivorship. Through the LIVESTRONG Summit, we hope to lead a survivorship movement to broaden awareness and impact the unmet physical, emotional and practical needs of people living with cancer.

In the ten years since Lance Armstrong was diagnosed with advanced testicular cancer on 10-2-96, more than 12 million additional Americans have been diagnosed with cancer. Statistics show that one-in-three Americans will be told they have cancer in their lifetime and almost everyone has been affected by cancer in some way. The LIVESTRONG Summit is about making an impact one person at a time. Please visit this special Round-Up page throughout the weekend to learn more about what is happening at the LIVESTRONG Summit. You are guaranteed to be motivated and be inspired to make an impact in your community.

Thank you for your interest.
