Please know that it is very important for the LAF to be aware of events and fundraisers that are being held for our benefit. The LAF is not able to plan or implement any proposals brought to us; we will aid you in any way we are able, but we do not have the capacity to plan, schedule or organize your event. Thank you for understanding our limitations in this situation. In order to participate in the Grassroots Fundraising program, please fill out and submit the form below. Note – if you are a LIVESTRONG Challenge participant (or wish to participate in this event) please do not register your event here in the Grassroots program, but instead, please register for the LIVESTRONG Challenge.
