Matching Gifts FAQ

Your donors may be eligible to double the impact of their donation by participating in their corporate employee matching gift program. Remind donors to check if their employer will match their personal charitable donation with a contribution of equal or greater amount.

1. Each donor should contact his/her company's human resources department to obtain a copy of the company's matching gift form.

2. After making a donation (by mail or online), your donor completes a matching gift form from their company. The matching gift process varies by company but most donors will either mail the form or complete it online.

3. To help us process your matching gift request as quickly as possible, please provide the following information either in the upper right corner of your form or in the notes field if the form is submitted online:

• Participant's name
  
• Challenge city
  
• Participant ID

4. Mail the completed matching gift form to:

5. If possible, attach a copy of your donation receipt to the matching gift form. A copy of the receipt may be obtained by calling 888.4.CHALLENGE (888.424.2553).
