American Century Investments believes that being successful and doing more can go hand in hand. It is with this belief that they created the LIVESTRONG Portfolios, a series of professionally managed target-date mutual funds that simplify investing and are designed to help you reach your goals. American Century Investment Services, Inc., has entered into an agreement with the LAF for rights to use the LIVESTRONG name. Under this agreement, every dollar invested in the LIVESTRONG Portfolios over the next ten years will help determine the amount the management company of American Century will pay the LAF above a guaranteed amount. Under limited circumstances, the agreement can be terminated by either party, and there will be no future payments.
