Can I print LAF survivorship topics, tools, and stories from www.livestrong.org and distribute them to my patients/constituents?

Yes. The educational materials on our website are available for public use in accordance with the established LAF copyright policy. For purposes of distribution, the materials must be used in the form available on our website. They cannot be altered in any way. All logos and copyright language must remain intact.

I am distributing LAF educational materials to my patients/constituents.  Can the LAF provide me with a letter of endorsement to recognize my organization's use of LAF materials?

No. Your use of our materials does not imply endorsement of your program by the LAF. You may not refer to the LAF as a collaborator.

However, you are welcome to continue distributing LAF educational materials as long as you adhere to the established LAF copyright policy.

I am distributing the LIVESTRONG Survivorship Notebook to my patients/constituents.  Can I include my organization's information within the Notebook?

Yes. You are welcome to include your organization's information in the LIVESTRONG Survivorship Notebook, as long as you adhere to the following conditions:

• Do not cover any existing print on the binder.
• Do not remove any of the materials in the binder. The Notebook needs to remain in its original format, with all materials included.
• Distribution of the Notebook does not imply endorsement of or collaboration with your program by the LAF.

Can I use a survivorship story video in a presentation?

Yes. You may access the video by logging on to www.livestrong.org. The video can only be played from our website. All logos and branding must remain intact. Proper citation of the video as an LAF resource is required.

Can I receive a copy of a survivorship story video on CD or DVD?

No. You are welcome to watch the survivorship story video from our website. The LAF does not provide copies of these videos on CD or DVD to the public.

Can I receive copies of LAF educational materials on CD?

No. All LAF educational materials can be accessed online at www.livestrong.org. Printer-friendly formats are available for your convenience.

Can I translate LAF educational materials?

No. Due to the complex nature of developing this type of content, the LAF does not give express permission to translate any of our educational materials.
