Take Action Now

We are the voice of more than 10 million survivors and their caregivers - advocating to increase awareness of survivorship issues, increase funding for survivorship programs, break down barriers to care, fund cancer research, and ensuring that the 10 million people in America living with cancer are represented when important decisions are made in Congress.

Getting Started

  1. Join the fight. Become part of the LIVESTRONG Army and sign up to receive the monthly advocacy newsletter. Participants will work hand-in-hand with Lance and the LAF to make cancer a national priority.
  2. Ask five people to join the LIVESTRONG Army.
  3. Register to vote.
  4. Encourage your friends and family to register to vote.
  5. Get educated! Learn the names of your elected officials as well as other information, such as their voting record(s) on issues that impact people affected by cancer on www.senate.gov and www.house.gov.
  6. Read our advocate spotlight stories.
  7. Read Lance's blog.
