On November 6th, 2007, Texans along with Lance Armstrong celebrated the passage of Prop 15.

Prop. 15 is the largest state-level investment in cancer research and prevention ever made. The $3 billion dollar investment in cancer research and prevention sends a loud and clear message that Texans are united in the fight against cancer.

This investment represents:

• A 10-fold increase in funding for cancer prevention and early detection in the state of Texas.
• A historic investment in cancer research that will attract leading researchers and spark new innovations to save lives in Texas and across the globe.
