Instructions for Proposal CENTRAL – PDF All 2008 applications must be submitted online through proposal CENTRAL. All interested applicants must first submit a letter of intent (LOI). The Letter of Intent application opens February 4, 2008. LOIs may be submitted from February 4, 2008 through March 14, 2008. Applicants with approved LOIs will receive invitations to submit full proposals by April 16, 2008. Please do not contact us for an update on your status prior to April 16, 2008. |
