Atlanta Area Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) Research Consortium
Researchers at Emory University will work in partnership with Camp Sunshine, CURE Childhood Cancer, VoteHealthcare.org, and young adult cancer survivors to identify barriers to follow up care and health living among AYA cancer survivors in the state of Georgia.

Addressing the Cost of Success - A Needs Assessment for Adult Cancer Survivors
Fox Chase Cancer Center will work in partnership with ACS, St. Christopher's Hospital, Crossing the Finish Line, Catholic Human Services, and Cancer Survivors Unite to identify medical and psychosocial needs, available resources, and current gaps in services for young adult cancer survivors in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Collaborative Needs Assessment of Low-Income Minority Cancer Survivors
North East Ohio Health Services (NEON) will work in partnership with MetroHealth Medical Center, and Case Center for Reducing Health Disparities to identify the needs and assets of low-income minority cancer survivors in Cleveland Ohio.

A Community-Based Assets and Needs Assessment of the Existing Patient Navigation
The Rio Grande Cancer Foundation, in partnership with ACS, Cancer and Chronic Disease Consortium, Center for Border Health Research, Sierra Providence Health Network, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Texas A&M Health Sciences, and the Texas Tech University Breast Cancer Center, will assess the patient navigation needs of breast cancer survivors in El Paso County, Texas. Assessment will include identification of existing assets and perceived strengths and weaknesses in the current patient navigation services.

Identifying Survivorship Needs Through Community Partners
A community-based partnership between community leaders/organizations in "Little Haiti", South Florida, and The University of Miami will explore cancer survivorship issues within the Haitian immigrant community. Goals of this project are to 1)explore issues and barriers associated with being a Haitian breast cancer survivor in the underserved community of "Little Haiti"; 2) identify culturally-appropriate strategies to fight the stigma associated with cancer in this community.

Siblings of Cancer Survivors: An At-Risk Population
The National Sibling Research Advisory Board, in partnership with sibling survivors of children diagnosed with cancer, will identify gaps in the field of sibling survivorship research and develop an agenda to guide future research in this area. The partnership will also develop and test a mechanism to recruit racially, ethnically, and socioeconomically diverse families of children with cancer to participate in future sibling research.
