2013 Team LIVESTRONG Mentor Program
The Team LIVESTRONG Mentor program is an opportunity for highly engaged participants to become volunteers who share fundraising advice and tactics with new or less experienced participants, as well as help seasoned fundraisers with fresh ideas.
Fundraising Mentors are an extension of the Team LIVESTRONG staff. They are successful fundraisers, LIVESTRONG advocates and all around amazing individuals who help steward Team LIVESTRONG participants on their fundraising journeys.
Each Mentor is assigned a regional area in order to make fundraising a small group, conversational experience for participants. The two focus areas for mentors are helping to address participant fundraising concerns by offering advice from their own experiences and building a sense a community with their mentees to ensure they feel supported and excited for event day.
Thanks to everyone who applied to be a part of the 2013 program. Event and mentee assignments for 2013 Team LIVESTRONG Mentors will be made in late January.
