Licensing and Cause Marketing

LIVESTRONG differentiates between a cause marketing partnership and a licensing partnership by the use of the logo.
In a cause marketing partnership, our logo is used by partners in marketing and promotional materials only, not on the product itself. For example, someone selling a product will display on the packaging that a percent of sales from the product will be donated to LIVESTRONG. At the present time, LIVESTRONG is not entering into any new cause marketing partnerships.
Through Brand Licensing Agreements, the LIVESTRONG Foundation provides specific licensing terms for the use of the brand (LIVESTRONG marks, black/yellow color scheme, trade dress, etc.) on a product or service sold or marketed commercially. In other words, the product or service would be branded LIVESTRONG.
