To me LIVESTRONG means helping others battle cancer.

On February 11, 2018 on a 9:00 a.m. conference call I was diagnosed with leiomyosarcoma of the spermatic chord.  It is a very rare agressive sarcoma with no established treatment protocol; our twin girls were not quite 17 months old.  Over the next year, I decided to run a marathon on the anniversary of my diagnosis. On February 7, 2009 I completed the Sedona raising over $11,000 for LIVESTRONG.

To date, my wife Kelly and I have completed 40+ events for LIVESTONG and other cancer charities while raising awareness about the disease.

This year we joined Team LIVESTONG again to ride our 5th Iron Horse in a row!  We really just do it for the afterparty at Ska and the Modus Hoperandi, but don't publish that...
